Brunch with a side of wellness at Euphoria Cafe, Camberwell

Looking for a healthier way to wake up in the morning? Sisters Elizabeth and Natalie Zahariev have found the perfect combination between comfort food and wellness with their collaboration, Euphoria Cafe and Wellness Centre, new to Burke Rd Camberwell.

A passion for food and fitness encouraged the sisters to combine forces to create a one stop shop for your nurturing needs. Natalie, a myotherapist, heads up the wellness branch of the project offering Pilates, Remedial Massage and Myotherapy (and has magic hands, that I can vouch for!)

Elizabeth, a chef, has curated a comforting menu that combines healthy eating with a few cheeky dishes for those wanting something a little heavier. Everything in her kitchen is made from scratch, from the divine house made granola to apple pie crepes with salted caramel sauce.

The menu features a good variety of health conscious dishes, as well as a few cheeky treats.
The apple pie crepes with clotted cream, toasted walnuts, fresh berries and salted caramel sauce was divine!
I’m not usually a granola fan, but this house made granola with grilled peach, labneh and infused almond milk was incredibly moreish.
I will be Lean and Green always if it tastes this good: sauteed green beans, brussel sprouts and kale with toasted almonds, feta and poached eggs.

The cafe space is light-filled and welcoming, featuring exposed brick walls and simple design touches. In an area that is bursting at the seams with cafe options, don’t discount this new addition as a place to spend your morning to try some of Elizabeths’ delicious offerings. Even better, treat yourself to a Pilates class or remedial massage at the same time!

Have a delicious day,
Foodie Melbourne

Please note: Foodie Melbourne dined as a guest of Euphoria, but all opinions are genuine.
